Looking young is a top most priority of everyone. That's why these days so many of us are turning to expensive anti-aging creams, lotions and even surgery to feel and look young. However, we failed to realize the fact that with proper diet and exercise we can maintain and restore that youthfulness, that vitality easily. Research has shown that diet and exercise are key factors for helping people stay young, strong and healthy. Without a healthy diet and regular exercise, no cream or lotion will ever help you to look and feel young.

DIET

Diet plays a huge part in how well you age. Here are the some foods that you should include in your diet to not only make you feel young, but look young too:

Berries: All kind of berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and grapes all contain high antioxidant levels which will help to protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals can damage the skin and cause lines, wrinkles, and even age spots. So, Make
sure to add some berries to your cereal, have them for a snack or make some pie.

Fish: You should eat fish at least once in a week, as fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are capable of preventing inflammatory problems in the body. This will then prevent the fast aging cycle of the cells.

Whole Grain: Whole grain such as brown rice, whole wheat pastas and breads and oatmeal should be the part everyone's daily diet. Whole grain provides a large amount of phytonutrients and is also a good source of soluble fiber, which helps to lower your blood cholesterol levels. They are also a valuable source of antioxidants that are not found in fruits and vegetables.

Colorful Fruits and Vegetables: You should include lots of colorful fruits and vegetables like Carrots, tomatoes; apples in your diet because they help protect your skin from sun damage as well as protect it from free radicals with their antioxidants.

You should always remember to drink plenty of water everyday. Water flushes out toxins, keeping your body and skin clean. Also your skin will look clearer and supple if it is not dry.

EXERCISE

Exercise is very important to slow down the aging process. Exercising regularly helps you build stamina and strength, two things that decrease with age. When you exercise, your body works harder to pump blood around the body means more oxygen and blood flow to the muscles. Here are the few simple exercises you can do to stay young and healthy:

Walking: Walking is the simplest and easiest exercise as well as very useful. Walk at least 30 minutes a day in the fresh air and you will start feeling fit, healthy, and ultimately young.

Running: If you can and if you enjoy you can go for running as well. It will not only help you to loose weight and build stamina but also it will prolong the aging process.

Yoga: Yoga is another good way to keep you fit and active. Yoga exercises are not only beneficial for your body but for your mind also and thus keep you agile, young f a long time.

So next time you go to store and buy expensive anti-aging creams and lotions, or consider a painful surgery, it's a better take another look at your diet and start doing some exercises. You will look and feel younger, fitter and healthier.

We spend so much time, money and effort to interrupt the aging process. We cannot control everything but when we make an effort to do something, it should be done right. The answer is right in front of our nose, it comes down to diet and exercise. How simple is that.
